Key Responsibilities
Store & Inventory Management
- Support daily store/warehouse operations and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Receive, inspect, count, and properly store incoming products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and identify low-stock, damaged, expired, or misplaced products.
- Ensure proper product labeling, categorization, and storage.
- Participate in regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and stock issues to the Store Manager.
- Coordinate with Order & Dispatch Officers to ensure orders are ready for timely dispatch.
- Check, record, and properly store returned products.
- Ensure orders are properly packaged and ready for handover to logistics/delivery teams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store/warehouse environment.
- Ensure products are stored according to established procedures.
- Follow company inventory, safety, and handling procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience
- 1+ year of experience in warehouse, inventory, store, fulfillment, or e-commerce operations.
- Experience with ERP, inventory management, or e-commerce systems is preferred.
- Previous experience in order picking, packing, stock handling, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
