Key Responsibilities

• Run the Project Management Office (PMO), including delivery standards, templates, and governance processes

• Translate the corporate roadmap into delivery milestones and tracking structures

• Govern delivery of strategic initiatives, projects, and product releases across departments

• Partner closely with the Technical Project Management and Development Operations Team to consolidate execution intelligence

Experience & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in program/project management, delivery governance, or a PMO role

• Experience setting up or running a Project Management Office, including standards, tools, and governance processes

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or a technology company delivering multiple concurrent projects preferred

• Comfortable partnering with technical delivery teams and translating roadmap-level plans into milestone tracking

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field required
