Key Responsibilities

• Define and standardize KPIs across corporate, product, department, and individual levels

• Lead monitoring and evaluation of enterprise initiatives, tracking progress against plans and flagging deviations early

• Build and maintain performance dashboards and executive reporting, supported by business performance analysis

• Run performance review cycles on a weekly/monthly/quarterly rhythm

• Analyze performance trends and flag underperformance or emerging risks

• Maintain data pipelines/integrations from ClickUp and other operational tools into reporting

• Ensure consistency and fairness in performance measurement methodology across departments

• Supervise monitoring and evaluation and business performance analysis staff within the function

Experience & Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in performance management, monitoring and evaluation, business intelligence, analytics, or KPI/OKR framework design

• Experience leading or supervising monitoring and evaluation or business performance analysis functions

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or a technology company preferred

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate raw operational data into decision-ready insights for leadership

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field required
