Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Node.js.
* Build secure and scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
* Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams.
* Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
* Implement database solutions using SQL and NoSQL technologies.
* Participate in code reviews and enforce best development practices.
* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
* Contribute to technical architecture and system design discussions.

Required Skills

* 4–8+ years of backend development experience.
* Strong expertise in Node.js and JavaScript (ES6+).
* Hands-on experience with TypeScript.
* Experience with Express.js and/or NestJS.
* Strong knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
* Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
* Familiarity with Redis, Docker, and Git.
* Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
* Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
* Familiarity with GraphQL, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
