Financial Planning & Analysis โบ Lead budgeting and forecasting โบ Conduct variance analysis and provide insights โบ Develop financial models for growth and new products โบ Partner with business teams to improve revenue and cost efficiency 2. Financial Reporting & Compliance โบ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports โบ Ensure compliance with IFRS and regulations โบ Manage reporting to regulators and stakeholders โบ Support internal and external audits 3. Revenue & Profitability Management โบ Analyze profitability of services and products โบ Monitor revenue streams (fees, MDR, commissions, interest) โบ Support pricing strategies โบ Evaluate new opportunities and partnerships 4. Treasury & Liquidity Management โบ Oversee cash flow and liquidity โบ Manage settlements, reconciliations, and fund flows โบ Support asset-liability management โบ Optimize working capital 5. Risk Management & Controls โบ Implement and monitor financial controls โบ Identify risks and recommend mitigation โบ Ensure AML and fraud compliance โบ Support audit and risk teams 6. Merchant & Partner Management โบ Oversee settlement and reconciliation โบ Manage revenue-sharing agreements โบ Track merchant performance and unit economics โบ Support contract structuring 7. Cost Management & Efficiency โบ Monitor and optimize costs โบ Analyze cost-to-income ratios โบ Support procurement and vendor evaluation 8. Systems & Reporting โบ Use financial systems and dashboards โบ Improve data accuracy and automation โบ Support integration with banking and payment systems
