Key Responsibilities

• Own overall strategic oversight of the office, leading the Senior Business Strategy & Planning Officer, Senior Project Management & Delivery Officer (PMO), and Senior Performance Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

• Monitor enterprise-wide performance and review departmental outputs across all technology and business units

• Make strategic operational decisions and approve high-level priorities in coordination with the CEO/CTO

• Evaluate department delivery performance and ensure alignment with company goals

• Own the escalation pathway for at-risk enterprise initiatives and present executive performance insights to the CEO/CTO

Experience & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in corporate strategy, PMO leadership, or business/technology operations, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role spanning planning, delivery, and performance functions

• Proven experience building or scaling a governance, PMO, or performance management function inside a fast-growing, agile organization

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or enterprise technology strongly preferred

• Track record of working directly with C-level leadership on strategic planning and resource allocation

• Familiarity with agile delivery models and operational task-management tools (e.g., ClickUp) is a plus

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field required

Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus
