THE CHALLENGE

Launching Ethiopia’s first Banking Super App was not merely a software deployment; it was an act of national digital architecture. We faced the dual challenge of pioneering a new category of "Lifestyle Banking" while dismantling the skepticism surrounding local engineering. To succeed, we had to prove that an Ethiopian firm could build a secure, global-standard ecosystem that users would trust with their entire financial lives.
